Beds & More is looking for a full-time Store Manager to join our team!

In this role, you'll be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service, sharing your knowledge about our products, and helping customers find the perfect bed to create their dream bedroom.

Your basic computer skills will be essential for tasks like monitoring emails and organizing customer deliveries, while your strong communication skills will shine as you assist customers both in person and over the phone.

You will also have part time staff to manage.

The ideal candidate is mature and dependable, with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers with a positive and professional attitude.

Answering phones and responding to customer emails.

Learning about our products to provide great recommendations.

Processing sales and handling cash transactions accurately.

Keeping the store and displays clean, tidy, and appealing.

Managing a delivery schedule and coordinating with the delivery team.
