Job Description

• Whip up exquisite meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events with flair and precision.
• Ensure your workspace and equipment shine, and promptly report any issues to the Executive Chef.
• Organize and prep ingredients, manage stock and minimize waste with finesse.
• Run your section like a well‑oiled machine, keeping everything on point and in line with top‑notch recipes.
• Handle and store food impeccably, staying ahead of kitchen needs and upholding hygiene standards.
• Set a stellar example, mentor apprentices with enthusiasm, and collaborate with senior chefs for seamless guidance and orders.
