The Warehouse is the home of Christmas, a destination for our customers to find everything they need for an affordable and special Christmas. But we need extra team members to help make that happen.

We’re looking for fixed-term seasonal Team Members to come join us. Start dates vary from mid-September to mid-November and you’ll be with us until around mid-January. Many of our Christmas Team Members have progressed into roles throughout The Warehouse Group, so this role could be your stepping stone for longer term and wider opportunities!

Job Description

On the shopfloor, you’ll help customers find everything they need for a special Christmas, whether it’s reaching a toy on the top shelf or pointing them to the right aisle. You’ll also support merchandising displays and work alongside our Night Fill elves to keep shelves stocked and sparkling.

At checkouts, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers wrap up their Christmas shopping. From scanning gifts to packing bags with care, you’ll make every transaction count. You’ll keep the front of house looking inviting, making sure last-minute stocking fillers are well-stocked. It’s all about creating a great in-store customer experience!

Responsibilities

• Help customers on the shopfloor, including locating items and guiding them to the right aisle.
• Support merchandising displays and collaborate with Night Fill team to maintain stocked and appealing shelves.
• Assist at checkouts with scanning, bagging, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain an inviting front of house and ensure last-minute stocking fillers are readily available.
