About the Role

Join Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Hamilton as a Senior Caregiver. This role offers casual employment with fixed roster dates, additional leave, a $2.50 per hour weekend allowance, and opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop lasting relationships with residents and their families.
• Follow each resident’s individual care plan, providing care that meets or exceeds family expectations.
• Use the latest technology, including our purpose‑built care app myRyman.
• Work closely with colleagues, supporting a positive team environment.
