Notion Resource Editor

We've moved all our volunteer resources online into a Notion platform linked to our website, and we need your help to refine it.

Your tasks will include :

Upload new resources from our shared folder (may need to change .docx to .pdf)

Remove any resources that no longer open

Enhance the Notion's layout to make it visually appealing and easy to navigate (creating previews)

Categories have already been added during the upload process, but we want to ensure the structure is logical and resources are easy to find.

Ability to add to a guideline so future volunteers can do what you do

Requirements

Reasonably computer literate and / or previous experience with Notion advantageous.

Time commitment

There is about 10 hours of work to be done; how you spread that out is up to you.

Then if you want to stay on and help maintain it, we can discuss this.
