Job descriptionA recent graduate with a Master or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Clear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication Willingness and ability to travel locally and interstate, up to 50% of the time Enjoyment of customer-facing roles and technical support Proactive approach, team spirit, and eagerness to build strong cross-functional relationships Full-time weekly schedule with option to work remotely Pay ranges determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education Equal opportunity employment with consideration regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, disability, or other protected categories Access to Agilent University online training In-factory training events to develop expertise
Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of LC, LC / MS, GC, GC / MS, and Atomic Spectroscopy instruments and software solutions
- Working as part of a qualified engineering team to maintain Agilent’s leadership in test & measurement equipment
- Providing proactive advice on preventive maintenance and product configurations to improve customer satisfaction
- Responding quickly to customer issues to uphold high customer satisfaction rates
- Traveling domestically and internationally to visit customers
