The Logistics Support role is responsible for guaranteeing a smooth transition of product from suppliers to Global Life Sciences Solutions New Zealand (Cytiva) and then to the customer, satisfying our internal and external customer needs.

Location : This position reports to the Logistics Manager and is part of the ANZ Logistics team located in Tauranga, New Zealand (Whakamārama 3180) and will be an on‑site role .

What you will do :

• Liaise with suppliers, Logistics providers and Cytiva associates to ensure the smooth running of the logistics day‑to‑day operations.
• Complete all documentation required for export and import and be familiar with Overseas Market Access Regulations (OMARS), and MPI E‑Certs.
• Maintain appropriate stock control in our in‑house warehouse and at our 3PL warehouses as well as maintain inventory spreadsheets updated and perform cycle counts.
