(Afternoon Shift : 2 : 00pm – 10.30pm)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for acapable and proactiveTeam Leaderto lead our AfternoonShiftoperations in the Bar line areas. Reporting to the Line Manager,you’ll oversee a team of machine operators and coordinate resources to deliversafe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes.

• Lead and support Health, Safety & Environment(SH&E) initiatives, ensuring compliance and promoting a “Safer PlaceBecause of Me” culture.
• Deliver the production plan efficiently whilemaintaining high product quality and hygiene standards.
• Coach and develop team members, supportingperformance, growth, and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation inprocesses and practices.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality,Engineering, and People & Culture teams to ensure timely resourcecoordination.
• Maintain compliance with audit and collectiveagreement requirements.
• 45 hours per week
• Roster includes 1 Saturday every 6 weeks
