Minimum 3 years of experience of CNC Setup Operation and CNC programming needed.OverviewWe are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC Mills / Lathes and will be responsible for producing high-quality components that meet strict specifications.

As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the machining process, ensuring that all parts are manufactured efficiently and accurately.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Lathe / Mill machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and standards.Maintain and adjust tooling and fixtures as neededAssemble components as required, ensuring proper fit and function.Use hand tools and other equipment for machining tasks, maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Maintain tooling and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working in the manufacturing environment.QualificationsProven experience operating CNC machinery, preferably Swiss Lathe MachiningScrew Extrusion Experience a Big PlusCAD / Mastercam / SolidWorks or Other CAD, CNC Programming experienceStrong understanding of quality control processes in a manufacturing setting.Proficient in using hand tools and machining equipment effectively.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues as they arise.Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is but not mandatory.Excellent Pay & BenefitsAwesome Employer
