Established in 1969, we specialise in designing & creating bespoke engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewellery through cutting-edge CAD technology and traditional hand craftsmanship.We are seeking a professional Retail & Sales Consultant to co-manage our Auckland showroom in Ponsonby alongside our Head of Design.

About the RoleMust be in New Zealand and hold a permit to work.Manage and maintain the Auckland showroom to the highest luxury standards.Assist clients in designing custom-made engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery.Provide exceptional retail and hospitality service that reflects our award-winning reputation.Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless client experiences.Handle sales, order processing, showroom presentation, and jewellery security.Contribute to marketing initiatives, including digital content, graphics, and promotions.Previous retail or luxury sales experience with exceptional hospitality skills.Excellent communication (spoken and written English must be fluent and confident).

Immaculate personal presentation and professional business attire.Ability to work unsupervised and meet goals with initiative.Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365, website updates, email, file organisation).

Knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, metals, or gemstones (preferred but not essential).
