Responsibilities (Text Only)

Architecture Design & Deployment - Lead enterprise-grade Azure cloud and AI platform design and implementation, focusing on scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization. - Apply structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) and leverage reference architectures and design patterns. - Document architecture decisions, requirements, and constraints to ensure clarity and traceability. - Drive solution design with a business-value approach, emphasizing ROI and cost savings. - Collaborate with project managers to govern design, build, and deployment phases, ensuring quality through peer reviews and test plans. - Engage stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, resolve ambiguities, and manage risks. - Lead technical alignment across teams, resolve blockers, and adapt plans in complex scenarios. Practice Development - Create and improve intellectual property, identify scalable patterns, and promote reuse across engagements. - Contribute to internal and external communities to share best practices. Trusted Advisor - Build influential relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor. - Communicate complex concepts clearly and challenge decisions when needed to ensure optimal outcomes. - Advocate for Microsoft solutions by differentiating them from competitors and driving adoption. Thought Leadership - Lead virtual teams and share strategic insights across Microsoft. - Represent Microsoft at industry events and mentor junior colleagues. - Demonstrate deep industry knowledge and promote Microsoft’s capabilities externally.

Qualifications (Text Only)

Required / Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology consulting, solutions architecture, practice development, technical design, consulting, and / or technology domain (e.g., Security).o Azure Solution Architect Expert Certificationo OR equivalent experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and / or technology (cloud / AI platform, AI business solutions)o Azure Solutiono OR equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years technical sales experience.
  • 6+ years project management experience.
  • Technical or Professional Certification in Architecture / Azure / Data / DevOps / AI (e.g., Databrick,etc). Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
