We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Water Services - Delivery team as Stormwater Manager.

This role is critical in managing Rotorua's stormwater and site works operations, ensuring effective service delivery and 24 / 7 emergency response.

Responsibilities

Lead the stormwater and reinstatement teams, oversee planned and reactive works, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-performing services that protect the community and environment.

Qualifications

Relevant trade qualification (Level 4 or equivalent).

Minimum of five years' experience managing teams with a strong background in stormwater operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Desirable certifications : Class 2 licence, WTR, and STMS.
