Learners enrol with the programme for various reasons including distance, itinerant, high health needs, special development needs, special circumstances.We're looking for dedicated kaiako with expertise in early childhood to join our team in Wellington.In this role you will : Work in partnership with parents / supervisors / whanau and develop an individual programme of learning for akongaFacilitate regular huinga ako (online and face-to-face) to provide pastoral care, connection, and personalised learningProvide constructive feedback and feedforward on akonga learningCollaborate with colleagues and whanau to create flexible, engaging learning experiencesYou will bring : New Zealand teacher registration and a current practising certificateA calm, inclusive, and supportive approach to teaching and pastoral careConfidence using digital tools to connect with learnersEnthusiasm for collaborative, values driven teachingA genuine interest in learning and embracing te reo Maori, with a commitment to growing your skillsHow to applyPlease apply through the vacancy link.
