The Role

As a Part Time Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensure we meet our sales targets. If you're enthusiastic, love customer interactions and are a natural communicator then this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers.
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• First point of contact for phone and email enquiries.
• Merchandise and restock shelves, ensure all products are ticketed and pricing is current.
• Operate computerised tills and barcode readers to scan items.
• Accept payments for goods.
• Keep the store clean and tidy.
• Assist with picking / dispatching of Online store orders when required.
• Ensure all end of day processes are completed correctly, on time, every day.
• Participate in all aspects of stock takes.
• Actively participate and take responsibility for your training needs to ensure you are an expert on all RVSC’s products and systems.
