About The Role

As the MAs Services – Financial Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) Member Associations (MAs) to apply for, manage, and report on OFC funding. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance, strengthen financial capability, and enable efficient delivery of development and social responsibility programmes.

In this role, you will :

• Support MAs in their application and reporting for OFC funding
• Train MAs on OFC funding requirements and financial processes
• Upload and maintain accurate payment data and supporting documents on the OFC online platform
• Analyse MAs funding applications and compliance for the development programme and host nation grants
• Prepare, circulate, and reconcile payment requests with supporting documentation
• Review financial reporting for Just Play and other social responsibility programmes
• Provide timely financial updates for MAs reporting across all programme areas
• Assist with programme financial reports, reconciliations, and Form 4 preparation
• Analyse MAs Form 4 submissions and track multi‑year funding use
• Liaise proactively with Project Managers, HODs, and MAs to strengthen financial processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships across OFC and Member Associations
• Represent OFC professionally in all stakeholder interactions
• Ensure adherence to OFC regulations, policies, and internal control standards
• Support the Finance Manager with other tasks as required
