About the Role
This role is part of a customer-focused workstream within a major infrastructure project. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering activities that enhance customer readiness across multiple teams.
Key responsibilities include :
- Liaising with working groups focused on customer experience and service mobilisation.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across operations, maintenance, and delivery teams.
- Managing schedules, financial forecasts, and programme reporting.
- Ensuring infrastructure and customer-facing elements are ready for launch at key locations.
What You’ll Bring
A relevant qualification in transport, operations management, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience, ideally in customer service or transport-related environments.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder setting.Experience with operational mobilisation projects is advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
