With state-of-the-art equipment, Awanui Labs Northland (previously known as Northland Pathology Limited) provides high-quality diagnostic pathology services to the Te Tai Tokerau / Northland community.

About the role | Mō te tūranga :

• Lead the Corelab, working with the section leaders of Biochemistry and Haematology and dedicated team, ensuring high-quality services and an open, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow and develop by providing technical advice, training, and education in haematology, biochemistry and Immunoassay.
• Organise and prioritise workflow efficiently to meet the company's and client's requirements effectively.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 15189 : 2022.
• Full-time permanent role, 80 hours minimum fortnightly based in our Whangarei laboratory.
