Registered Nurse - Clinical Coach

Contract : Permanent x2, Part Time 0.8 FTE - Monday to Friday business hours.

Both roles work across the district, one role is based at Hutt Valley Hospital and the other based at Wellington Hospital.

About you

Are you passionate about supporting graduate nurses in their first year of practice? We are seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Coaches to join our Supported First Year of Practice (SFYP) team. These pivotal roles work closely with the Nurse Coordinator SFYP and Nurse Coordinator SFYP and Cultural Support roles, contributing to graduates' clinical education and practice development. You will provide evidence-informed nursing care, be an active member of the workforce and practice development team supporting graduates.

Skills & Experience

• Registration with the NCNZ as a Registered Nurse
• Current Proficient or Expert on PDRP
• Preceptor
• IV Trainer
• Experience in supporting graduates in clinical practice
