You will provide both technical and people leadership, act as a key escalation point for engineering, architecture and security challenges, and collaborate to deliver exceptional customer and business value.Key AccountabilitiesShape and deliver the technology roadmap in partnership with the Tribe Tech LeadProvide technical and people leadership to Chapter Leads to enable teams to deliver greater customer and business valueDrive engineering uplift and best practice across the TribeCollaborate with Tribe Tech Lead and Chapter Leads to achieve Tribe goalsPartner with the CXL to ensure smooth technology deliveryServe as the escalation point for engineering, architecture, and security challengesChampion employee experience and foster a positive, inclusive cultureDevelop and support learning opportunities, building a safe environment for continuous growthManage risks and dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure effective controlsLead initiatives to attract, retain, and grow top engineering talentResponsibilitiesDelivering technology outcomes as detailed in the technology roadmapUplifting engineering excellence and ensuring compliance with technology and cyber guardrailsSupporting delivery of business and technology outcomes with minimal disruptionLeading or supporting incident response and resolving technology delivery bottlenecksEscalating technology challenges with solutions, as appropriateEnsuring Tribe technology systems meet standards and controls, and continually uplifting engineering craftMaintaining a healthy, engaged, and effectively resourced engineering workforceO Pukenga | About youYou're a strategic technology leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for developing people and culture.
