Where making an impact mattersPricing & Performance Manager is responsible for pricing operations across Business Lending and Investment products.

You'll help ensure our pricing is competitive, sustainable, and aligned with Kiwibank's strategic, risk and financial objectives.

Your insights and governance will optimise pricing processes for front line teams, customer value, profitability and portfolio performance.

You'll have the opportunity to develop and improve processes, adapt as we grow, and drive long-term strategy for the bank.Ko tatou tenei.

Where your expertise mattersAt Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience : Proven experience in financial services, ideally within pricing, finance or product managementStrong analytical, modelling and commercial acumen – Excel is a given, SQL skills are handyDeep understanding of lending and deposit / investment products, with a preference for business banking experienceExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – you'll need to drive change to make an impactKnowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations in bankingData skills are highly valued, as is a growth mindset and willingness to learnAmbition, adaptability, and a hunger to get stuck in and grow with usYou do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
