We're looking for a hands-on, service-focused Parts & Customer Service Specialist to join our National Parts Store team in East Tamaki.
You'll play a key role in keeping our Equipment Services operations running smoothly by ensuring fast, accurate, and efficient parts support to our field teams and internal stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working collaboratively.
Your Impact
Provide friendly and efficient support for parts orders and customer queries
Accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours
Carry out daily cycle counts and manage stock accuracy
Liaise with suppliers to track and communicate delivery ETAs
Manage repairs and servicing of vending ancillary parts
Support onboarding and coaching within the team as needed
Maintain and promote high Health & Safety standards
Provide backup support for the Parts & Customer Manager when required
What do I need?
Solid customer service or technical support experience
Experience with SAP and inventory systems is a bonus
Mechanical or electrical know-how is a plus
Forklift licence (or willingness to get one)
Great time management and a high attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and positive, can-do attitude
A current NZ Driver's Licence
