The Role : Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you'll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.

You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors' values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION.

Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.
