SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Redpath Partners have been engaged by a privately NZ owned specialist contractor to find their next Senior Project Manager.

The role offers the opportunity to deliver large value projects within a high-performance, owner-led construction business that self performs the majority of their operation throughout New Zealand.

Working in highly challenging and complex environments, you’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, mentor developing engineers, and drive innovation on unique projects. You will be specialising within structures and water disciplines.

This position will be project based initially for the 3-year programme valued at $40M and will operate out of their Christchurch office long term.

Requirements

• Qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10 years' experience across civil infrastructure within ANZ, UK or European markets
• A track record in major complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects over $30M
• Exceptional commercial acumen in relation to contract management & cost reporting
• Innovative approach to problem solving
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
