About the Role

As a Category Manager within our Merchandise team, you’lloperate in a highly competitive market and be responsible for developing andimplementing strategies that give us a clear edge. This role is all aboutcreating a compelling offer for our customers while achieving strong financialresults.

Key responsibilities include :

• Deliveringcompany and category financial targets.
• Developingand maintaining the Mitre 10 merchandise offer.
• Planningand executing category strategy and promotional programs.
• Buildingstrong supplier relationships and implementing best practice.
• Communicatingmerchandise initiatives effectively across stores, suppliers, andstakeholders.
• Coachingand mentoring a high-performing Category Assistant team.

This is a role for someone with energy, influence, and apassion for retail excellence.
