You will provide technical expertise in various service and business areas, helping to build our team capability and portfolio reach in NZ, the Pacific, and Australia, while linking with our other regional teams.
You will work closely with NZ Environmental Team Leads to enhance technical delivery quality, focusing on climate adaptation, disaster risk management, and loss & damage (L&D).
You will be involved in service delivery areas such as : Economic loss and damage assessmentNon-economic loss and damage methodologies (including cultural heritage and biodiversity)Climate risk transfer to L&D frameworksClimate finance proposal development for L&DL&D policy or programme designAs an Environmental Consultant, you will contribute to delivering quality environmental services within the NZ Water & Maritime team, influencing the growth of the environmental sector in NZ and beyond.
You will oversee technical excellence, hire environmental personnel, and help achieve commercial targets.
Your role will also involve aligning team efforts with market demands and Haskoning's global vision.You will assist in developing business initiatives across Australia, including : Climate risk, resilience, and adaptationExpanding Haskoning's presence in NZ and the Pacific marketsEnvironmental planning and consentingYour expertise will position Haskoning as a thought leader in environmental and climate spheres, impacting market reputation and project success.
