Staffing Night Team Lead - Season 2026

We have a night-shift leadership role available, working part-time from 4pm–9pm, six days a week. This is a seasonal position starting late January 2026 and running through to approximately the end of August.

What you'll be doing :

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide your team and keep operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include :

• Lead and support your team, creating a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
• Ensure smooth shift operations maintaining flow and consistency.
• Coordinate rosters and staffing to meet daily production needs.
• Monitor attendance and performance, addressing issues promptly and fairly.
• Champion health and safety, reporting incidents and setting the standard for safe practices.
