About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your Occupational Therapy career? Were looking for an experienced and passionate Advanced Practitioner - Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Team at Hawkes Bay Hospital.
In this role, youll provide advanced clinical leadership and support within the inpatient rehabilitation ward, working in partnership with the Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist and the wider Allied Health team.
Youll lead service improvement initiatives, support complex clinical decision-making, and help shape equitable, high-quality care for patients and their whānau. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for rehabilitation and your capability to influence change in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Team / Service / Location
Youll join a diverse and dedicated team of acute and subacute Occupational Therapists and rehabilitation clinicians within the Allied Health Therapies team at Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital.
Were committed to professional development and offer regular in-service training, mentoring, supervision, and opportunities to grow your clinical, cultural, and leadership skills.
Youll be supported by the Occupational Therapy Professional Lead and work alongside a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, innovation, and whānau-centred care.
