Operations Supervisor

A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Stolthaven team as Operations Supervisor for the Mount Maunganui terminal. While this role is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the site in line with all company policies and regulations, it also offers genuine scope for growth. The right person will gain exposure across the business, broaden their operational and commercial knowledge, and position themselves for future senior leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring terminal operators safely and efficiently manage all bulk and packaged product movements.
• Coordinating maintenance activities across site teams and contractors, and overseeing planned maintenance tasks with the engineering / projects team.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Leading and motivating terminal staff to continually lift standards in Safety, Health and Environment, maintaining Stolthaven’s strong safety culture.
• Ensuring full compliance with SHEQ, ISO, and operational systems, including maintaining accurate site documentation.
• Using company SHEQ and maintenance software to keep programs, tasks, and data fully up to date.
