The business is a Top 50 UK insurance powerhouse with a reputation for innovation, integrity, and client-first solutions, backed by decades of industry expertise and a culture that rewards ambition.

The role will sit within the South East region and although ideally linked to the Kent hub, there is scope to sit across multiple sites in Kent and Surrey office.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new commercial insurance opportunities

Deliver tailored solutions across specialist lines

Build long-term client relationships with a consultative approach

Collaborate with underwriting and account management teams

Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

What We're Looking For

Proven success in B2B insurance sales or commercial insurance development from the UK Insurance Market

Strong understanding of UK insurance products and market dynamics

Confident communicator with a hunter mentality

Technically sound and commercially savvy

Self-starter with a passion for growth
