About the role

As a Capability & Learning Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for :

• Driving our multi-year learning plan, embedding learning into everyday work
• Designing and delivering enterprise-wide capability initiatives using modern, learner-centric approaches
• Leading end-to-end learning projects and delivering quality outcomes on time
• Building a strong learning culture that sparks curiosity and engagement in our people
• Partnering with senior leaders to identify capability needs and outcomes
• Optimising learning channels and leveraging data to create better experiences
• Measuring impact and continuously improving experiences through analytics and feedback
• Keeping up to date with the latest global learning and capability trends and providing thought leadership to the business
