Tend is invested in the future of GP primary care in Aotearoa. We have a locally developed note-taking tool, Scribe.

We are looking for GP, UC or ED doctors to deliver care, as part of our commitment to provide in-clinic and in-person after-hours consults, for the following hours :

8.00 am - 5.00 pm Friday (or part of)
8.30am - 12.30pm Sat
8.30am - 12.30pm Sun

We welcome doctors that want to work on a regular schedule (weekly, fortnightly etc) and are looking for an alternative to ED or UC work.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with a multi-disciplinary team to work alongside you and a centrally managed inbox / admin team of clinicians, so you don't need to monitor and manage the inbox by yourself, in between your sessions.

You will :

Provide high-quality primary care using a holistic and person / whānau centred approach

Promote health and assess, diagnose and form management plans for diverse patient groups both in-person and online

Ensure continuity of care by developing timely plans for referral and follow-up, where appropriate

Provide culturally safe care with patients and whānau
