The Parts Interpreter plays a vital role in providing our workshop and customers with the parts they need to get their equipment back up and running.This position is based at CLAAS Harvest Centre in Ashburton.What you'll be doingBe the go-to contact for all parts enquiries and manage customer expectations around pricing and availability.Help customers and the workshop to identify what parts are required to get machines back up and running.Manage inventory, deal with stock orders and transfers and maintain a clean, well-organised parts department.Stay up to date with new products, product changes, and improvements.Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers and the workshop team, providing outstanding service every time.Who are you?
You've got a sharp eye for detail, you're well-organised, and you take pride in getting things done efficiently.You've had experience working with parts and / or inventory systems.Customer service is your thing — you enjoy helping others and have a strong work ethic.You're a team player who also works well independently when needed.You're confident using Microsoft Office and modern computer systems.You hold a current driver's licence.What next?
