The ability to challenge, think innovatively and continuously push the boundaries of what is possible
Strong understanding and experience in delivering consistently high-quality service management to Corporate and Government customers
Detailed understanding of service management methodologies, processes and industry standards including the ITIL framework
Proven, exceptional commercial acumen, relationship and stakeholder management skills
