• Travel Coordination : Book all elements of the trip using supplier platforms and ensure every detail aligns with client expectations.
• Client Support : Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance before, during, and after travel. Be available to handle questions, updates, or unexpected issues.
• Travel Enhancements : Recommend add-ons like excursions, upgrades, and travel insurance to enhance the overall experience.
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated on current travel trends, destination news, and supplier promotions to deliver fresh, exciting options to clients.
• Client Relationships : Build strong, lasting connections with clients that lead to repeat business, loyalty, and referrals.
• Documentation & Records : Maintain accurate and organized records of bookings, invoices, preferences, and communications.
