We’re entering an exciting new phase of growth : expanding our fleet, refining our systems, and deepening the EPIC brand’s impact across New Zealand.

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands‑on, senior leader with a track record of success running the operational heartbeat of a fast‑moving, customer‑focused business.

This is a true end‑to‑end leadership role : you’ll oversee our operations, sales, customer experience, fleet management, and projects — while working closely with the founder to shape and execute the next chapter of our growth.

You’ll lead a capable nationwide team, ensuring our systems scale smoothly and our reputation for quality and service continues as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and grow a passionate high‑performing team across Auckland and Christchurch.
• Drive operational excellence and exceptional customer experience through systems, culture, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee sales and customer communications with a data‑driven, brand‑aligned approach.
• Manage fleet readiness, compliance, and new campervan fit‑outs during winter.
• Take a leading role in managing performance — tracking KPIs and financial results, and driving initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Partner with the founder on strategic initiatives, business growth, and new projects.
