Pocket is seeking a sharp-minded Senior Structural Engineer to join its growing team in central Christchurch. We are a young, creative, design-led structural engineering practice known for our open-minded and collaborative approach. Our growing reputation has been cultivated through an unwavering pursuit of excellence and innovation.

Role Snapshot

Our expanding team is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 4+ years’ post-graduate experience to work on a variety of high-quality and challenging projects across New Zealand. Our current blend of projects includes a mixture of high-end residential and commercial building design and detailed seismic assessments of heritage structures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A BE in civil engineering (or equivalent by Washington Accord)
• 4+ years’ experience working for a reputable structural engineering consultancy
• Close to, or recently chartered (CPEng)
• Valid NZ drivers licence
