We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate casual Community Support Workers to join our team at Pact Group. This position will be based in Wellington and falls under the department of Lower Hutt Disability Services.
- Responsibilities
- Providing support and assistance to individuals with intellectual disability challenges within the community.
- Delivering person-centred care and practical support to empower clients in achieving their goals.
- Advocating for clients' rights and promoting social inclusion and community integration.
- Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and relevant community organisations.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any relevant information in accordance with organisational policies.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
