• What You’ll Be Doing :
• Lead and coordinate a
• virtual team of analysts
• , ensuring smooth operation of FNZ's production environments.
• Own end-to-end
• incident and problem management
• , ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication to stakeholders.
• Drive
• root cause analysis
• and implement
• systematic improvements
• to prevent recurrence of critical issues.
• Oversee the
• transition of projects into production
• , ensuring readiness from both technical and operational standpoints.
• Provide
• technical leadership
• across SQL, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Manage and improve production processes to meet
• SLAs, KPIs
• , and internal quality benchmarks.
• Support application enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
• Coach and mentor team members, while influencing best practices and standards across the wider team.
• What You Bring to the Table :
• A degree in Commerce, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Solid SQL skills
• and an analytical mindset with a detail-first approach to problem solving.
• Proven experience in
• production or application support
• within complex, high-availability environments.
• A strong grasp of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, release).
• The ability to
• lead across virtual teams
• and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in
• financial services
• or an understanding of financial markets / products is a strong plus.
• High levels of ownership, resilience under pressure, and commitment to continuous improvement.
