As our newest Senior Housing Support Manager in the Napier office, you will work directly with a portfolio of our customers and their whānau with higher support requirements and more complex needs, building meaningful and lasting relationships to ensure customers' housing and wellbeing needs are being met, and continue to be met as they change over time.
Responsibilities
Work directly with a portfolio of customers and their whānau with higher support requirements and more complex needs, building meaningful and lasting relationships to ensure housing and wellbeing needs are metProvide front-line customer support and mentor peers in a fast-changing environmentCoach and mentor Housing Support Managers to develop team capabilityWork with Māori and Pasifika communities with culturally aware approaches aligned to customers’ aspirations and preferencesTravel around the local region as required; a current and full New Zealand driver’s licence is required (pool car provided)Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu - What You Will Bring
Adept at de-escalating highly emotional situations, problem-solving, and understanding underlying issues affecting customersWealth of experience supporting customers with complex needs and ability to connect with hard-to-engage customersTechnical savvy to navigate internal systems (Kotahi, Oracle IDP)Proven track record of meeting KPIsAbility to thrive in a performance-driven environmentExperience coaching and mentoring others to support their developmentCultural awareness aligned with Māori and Pasifika communitiesCurrent and full New Zealand driver’s licence (pool car provided)Tūhono mai - Join us
