About the Role

As a Nurse Coordinator CCDM and TrendCare, you will support the Care Capacity Demand Management programme. This involves implementation and ongoing maintenance of the TrendCare patient acuity system across Health NZ Te Whatu Ora in Te Tai Tokerau. A primary focus of the role is to provide ongoing development, coordination and facilitation of Nursing / Midwifery informatics and provide leadership in nursing / midwifery informatics policy and practice based on best available evidence.
