Our sites in Christchurch and Ashburton provide sales, distribution, and manufacturing capability across the South Island.Day-to-day financial transactions are processed by a centrally managed team, freeing you up to focus on value-added activities and more complex financial analysis to support the business.What will you do?

Drive commercial improvements in Operations, in coordination with manufacturing and distribution site managersSupport the Sales team on large business development opportunities to maximize profitabilityBe responsible for business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Agriculture market segment and South Island sitesBe responsible for providing commercial and financial input to, and oversight of, capital spend for the whole of NZProvide financial insights to support strategic projects that focus on business growth and improvementActively participate in building a safety-first culture and support Aliaxis national, regional, and global safety standards deploymentAbout YouYou are a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen who can translate financial data into meaningful insightsYou are eager to develop a deep understanding of both internal and external customers and are committed to exceeding their expectationsYou can demonstrate a solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation in business processesDemonstrated track record in commercial management resulting in business growthYou have experience in managing the financial aspects of CAPEX projects from business case through to post-implementation reviewsYou have experience in engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomesTechnical SkillsCA Certification (or recognized equivalent) with strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experienceExtensive experience in cost accounting, project accounting, or operational finance and a background in manufacturing or supply chainExpertise in Financial modeling skills, advanced knowledge of Excel, and practical experience with Power BIWhy join us?
