Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Manage the candidate pipeline using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Provide timely updates and communication to candidates and hiring teams.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help create a great candidate experience.
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics for performance insights.
