About the role
As part of our ServiceNow practice, the Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant will support design and development of IT solutions and services that align with client and business strategies.
Responsibilities include :
- Design and implement solutions that provide value, are relevant, and sustainable.
- Contribute as technical / SME to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects.
- Resolve complex configuration and integration challenges.
- Play a key role in the delivery of complex and / or marquee projects and engagements.
- Proactively lead and mentor team members in meeting deadlines, setting customer expectations, and jointly developing specialised skills.
- Partner with ServiceNow Solution Architects to mature and improve the frameworks we deliver.
- Lead, plan, and deliver customer workshops including discovery and co‑design workshops.
- Become a “trusted” advisor within key customer accounts and consult on ServiceNow strategy and design.
- Maintain excellent service levels to our customers.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years’ experience as an end‑to‑end ServiceNow Consultant focused on Migration, Transformation and IT Outsourcing initiatives.Experience in a customer‑facing consulting and / or pre‑sales role.Experience translating business challenges into suitable technical solutions via ServiceNow.Strong application development and integration experience.Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM and / or other ServiceNow modules.Willingness to learn and grow.Proven ability to innovate, adapt, and work under pressure in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.Location : Auckland (or Sydney / Melbourne in Australia).Strong investment in training and upskilling – certifications paid for.Flexible work environment (Work‑From‑Home & Office).Culture & Benefits
