We’re SISU - a dual location Reformer Pilates studio in Pukekohe helping busy women feel 10 years younger : stronger, more energised, body-confident and pain-free. We run both live group and on‑demand Reformer Pilates classes, allowing our clients to move completely on their terms.
We’re looking for a part‑time Sales Consultant (around 10-12 hours per week, remote) to own our lead follow‑up and conversions – turning curious enquiries into intro offers and long‑term members who actually use their membership and change their lives for the better.
This is not about hard‑selling gym contracts. It’s about real conversations, understanding women who are in “survival mode”, and helping them take the first step back to feeling like themselves again. Your job will change lives.
About the Role
- Part‑time : ~10 hours per week (with room to grow)
- Remote : Work from anywhere in NZ, with some overlap in Auckland / Pukekohe hours
- Warm leads only : No freezing‑cold door knocking or standing on the street with a sandwich board
Core Mission
Follow up new leads from our website, ads, socials and studioGuide women into the right intro offer or membership for their goalsRe‑engage lapsed members and people who “fell off the wagon”Day‑to‑Day
Call new leads within 5 minutes, and use our 10‑day follow‑up processHave real conversations about their pain points (back pain, low energy, confidence, time)Recommend the right option (intro offer / membership; group studio / on‑demand studio)Track your activity, pipeline and conversions in our systems (we’ll train you)Hit clear weekly & monthly KPIs (contact rates, bookings, show‑ups, conversions)Share feedback from sales calls so we can keep improving our offers and experienceContinuously audit our current sales process and put forward ways to make it more efficient and effectiveSupport & Training

You’re part sales pro, part cheerleader, part professional question‑asker.
You will be a great fit if you :
Have proven experience in phone sales with a 40%+ conversion history (fitness / health / wellness a bonus, but not essential)Are confident on the phone and in DMs / text – picking up the phone and following up doesn't scare youCan handle emotional conversations by reading tone and can balance empathy with action. You love talking to women who are juggling work, kids and life and building trust fast, so you can get deep with their pain points.Have high personal accountability and target‑driven - you show up when you say you will, keep promises to clients and don't make excuses.Can follow a sales process , use scripts, handle objections gracefully and sound like a real humanAre coachable – you're open to feedback, hungry to learn, don't get defensive and continue to improve your skillsBelieve that movement, community and looking after yourself can change someone’s whole life; you align with our mission and can genuinely talk about the value of Pilates and wellbeing, and you see this is more than “just another sales job”Bonus points if you :

Hours & Pay
Hours : ~10+ hours per week (available during "hot" windows during the day which are typically 8-10am, 12-1pm and 4-6pm)Location : Remote (NZ‑based), with our studios in Pukekohe, AucklandPay :Hourly base rate (depending on experience) plus commission on successful sales
On‑target earnings are designed to reward performance, with upside if you consistently exceed targets(We can discuss the exact structure and rates during the interview – we want this to feel fair, motivating and sustainable for both of us.)
