Supervisor

RSPA United Limited is looking for a reliable Supervisor to support day-to-day operations at its busy pizza store in Waipukurau, Hawke's Bay. The ideal candidate will be organised, dependable, and confident in providing strong, supportive leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and general workflow, to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Supervise and support team members, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and mentoring staff.
• Manage stock and inventory, including checking supplies, placing orders using PULSE system, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, resolve enquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in line with company and health & safety standards.
• Ensure product stations and shelves are fully stocked and ready for use by staff and customers.
• Accurately process orders and handle payments, including point-of-sale transactions.
• Oversee food preparation activities in line with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Contribute to achieving operational targets such as service quality, store presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff, ensuring team members understand procedures and expectations.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.
