Location : 118 High Street, Central Dunedin

Employment Type : Full-Time, permanent waged role. Monday to Sunday.

Hours : 40 hours guaranteed per week

Shifts : Roster is over 7-days (07 : 00am - 15 : 30pm & 14 : 30 - 11 : 00pm) depending on business needs.

Your Role : What You'll Do and Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Supervise and oversee reception shifts, greeting guests.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Provide local tourism information and arrange tours / transportation.
• Ensure hotel and guest security.
• Report incidents or concerns to Managers.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Liaise with other departments for special requirements.
• Assist other hotel departments as needed.
• Provide leadership in the Front Office department.
• Manage reservations and oversee Front Office tasks.
