About the role

We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurses to join our team at our Whangarei Park Village in Whangarei, Northland.

On offer roles is 40-hour a week FIXED TERM role for one year.

Candidates must be available to work mixed shifts and on weekends

Some of the great things you will be doing :

Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care.

Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills

Work collaboratively with other team members

Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families.

Provide compassionate and high-level care.

About you

You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person.

You also have :

Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate

Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better!

Up to date knowledge of wound care management

Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.

You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
