Deli Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated foodie and energetic person to join our fantastic team at New World Ilam as a Service Deli Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large Deli team who are passionate about producing high quality products and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves to hit the ground running in our busy deli department.

Responsibilities will include :

• Providing excellent customer service to our valued customer
• Preparation, production and presentation of fresh foods
• Maintaining stock levels and presentation standards
• Implementation of Food and Health and Safety requirements, include record-keeping of temperatures and cleaning
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards of the department

This is a permanent part-time position working Wednesday and Thursday 5am-1.30pm, Friday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11.30am-8pm (29.5 hours).
