Lead store-wide RT3 (Right Team, Right Task, Right Time) optimisation in collaboration with store leadership.

Enhance experiences for both team and customers through efficient resource allocation and task management.

Ensure full compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.

What you'll do | Hei mahi

Manage and optimise store-wide team scheduling to maximise service, align with budgets, and adhere to rostering principles.

Plan and oversee comprehensive training for the team, covering both multi-skilling and compliance requirements.

Conduct strategic workforce planning to address future labor needs, including annual leave, succession, and certifications.

Review weekly payroll for accuracy and resolve escalated process-related issues.

Provide store leadership support by acting as the Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and fostering team collaboration.
