Sales helps prospective and active customers experience the Global HR Platform. The Sales team responds to incoming queries and helps customers understand how to maximise Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs. What you bring

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus is a plus)
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote / sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and a positive, energetic phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with a positive attitude in the face of criticism or rejection
  • Promotes urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Self-starter, proactive, brings new ideas to the team
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed below
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and understand customer needs to determine fit
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call prospects generated by various outside sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle

    Remote's Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations. We pay above in-location rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth in developing countries. Salary bands are influenced by geo ranges and role level.

    The On-Target Earnings for this position are between $61,000 USD and $71,000 USD. The base salary is 70%. Actual base pay depends on location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may change.
